I'm definitely ready for some spring weather. How about you? This month’s card kit, Friendship Flowers is the perfect kit to get you in the mood for flowers blooming and Springtime weather. I was so excited to get a chance to play with this month's kit and be part of this blog hop!
Some of my favorites in the kit include the Flower Friend stamp set, the white woodgrain paper and the yellow striped washi tape -- so I decided to combine them all on one card!
The flower building images and sentiments in the stamp set are amazing! It was fun and easy to create my own little flower garden in whatever colors I wanted. I used Hero Arts Soft Cantaloupe, Pale Tomato and Butter Bar inks for the flowers. And each flower is topped off with some Star Dust Stickles in the center.

i love your happy flowers too and the beautiful hero arts mid-tone inks have become my new favorites! yes, spring needs to come soon!!!! or i'll go nutz! we really don't have a spring on the high desert, just winter, suddenly summer or spring like weather in mid-january or mid-february; likely an indian summer before the first snow (yup, it has come as early as mid-october. why am i rambling on? i NEED warm weather and beautiful, colorful, cheery flowers and green grass! thanks so much for your inspiration! i am mid-nutz now....
