Welcome to my stop on the A Blog Named Hero Blog Hop! You should arrived here from Sarah Gray's blog. I'm thrilled to be apart of the hop today celebrating ABNH's 2nd birthday!
For my card I stamped and embossed the awesome Birthday Chart stamp onto some watercolor paper.
Then I colored over the embossed image with Distress Markers, spritzed it with water and let the colors mix.
Once the image was dry, I used the iron off technique to
iron off the embossed sentiment, creating a perfectly smooth image. I am
addicted to this awesome technique that I learned from Jennifer
McGuire...HERE is a video she did showing you exactly how to do it.
Also, I used the Bubble Confetii stencil for the background. I just rubbed VersaMark ink over the openings of the stencil and then dusted on some Perfect Pearls to create the shiny silver dots.
Be sure to leave a comment for your chance to win a prize from Hero Arts or Simon Says Stamp!
Your next stop on the hop is Sindhura Prajay!
